SUSAN ESTOMIN, QPA, ERPA
Susan is a Retirement Plan Consultant for Advanced Pension Designs, LLC (APD). She started in this field in 1971 after graduating from Douglass College with a degree in Economics. She worked for several large firms in New York City and Philadelphia before coming back to the Jersey shore, where she grew up.
As managing director of APD, Susan is responsible for the office administration as well as client retirement proposals and consulting. Having started in this industry with the passage of ERISA, she is well versed in defined benefit plans and does defined benefit plan administration along with profit sharing and 401(k) administration. Meeting with clients and determining the proper plan design is her forte. As such, it is imperative to keep up with the changes in the law and the impact it has on existing designs and on new possibilities.
RYAN ESTOMIN, QKA, QPA, ERPA
Ryan is a Pension Administrator & Consultant who has been with APD full time since graduating from East Carolina University in 2003 with a Bachelors degree in Finance. Ryan is a member of ASPPA and holds designations of QPA and QKA. He is also certified with the IRS as an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent. Ryan's responsibilities include consulting and administration for many clients with defined contribution plans.
